Who is MLI Capital Group?

MLI Capital   (formerly Money Lenders, Inc.)  is a fully licensed mortgage lender located throughout Virginia.  We also have offices in Charlotte, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC.  We offer first and second mortgages anywhere in  Virginia,  North Carolina,  and  South Carolina.   In West Virginia,  we are  licensed  to  offer only first mortgages.  MLI Capital is very unique in that our company can act as a direct Lender or we can "broker" your loan to more than 50 local or national mortgage investors.  In essence, by applying with MLI Capital, you apply to over 50  different mortgage companies with only one application. This saves you time, money,  and inquiries on your credit report.

As members of both the Virginia (VAMB) and National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB), MLI is committed to compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations.  We also take measures to learn of important changes affecting both the mortgage and real estate markets.

Our local officers frequently attend local and national conventions so that we may bring new and improved programs to you as soon as they are available.

As a direct lender, we have access to investors all over the country.  Our interest rates and programs are updated on a daily basis.  We also work closely with our customers to determine their financial goals so that we can structure a loan program most appropriate to their individual situation.
